30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try Nola with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@meetnola.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If your refund request is accepted, we will process a refund back to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us.

A $5 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Initial shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@meetnola.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be refunded, including opened-package perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We provide free exchanges with no handling fee. Price differences apply if exchanging for a higher-value product. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@meetnola.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@meetnola.com.

Cancellations

We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Subscription customers can manage, pause, or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account portal.
