Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET may be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We plan to expand our shipping options in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@meetnola.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
